TOURIST TAX:
We remind you that from 01.11.2015 a ‘temporary visitor’ tax of € 1.30 per person/per day will be applied. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this fee

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On the day of arrival check in is from 02.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. If the arrival is due after 11.00 pm, please notify it by telephone or e-mail.
Check out is by 10.30 am on the departure day.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deposit is retained in case of partial or total cancellation of the booking as required by art. 1385 of the Civil Code. Reduction of stay or early departure will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail or fax.
