Non-smoking-rooms
All of our rooms are non-smoking areas. It is against Italian law to smoke on the hotel premises. Thank you for your understanding.
Check-Out
Please free your room on your departure day by 10.30 a.m., so that it can be prepared for the next arrival on time.
Child Discount third or fourth bed
- 0–2 years: € 25,00 per day
- 2-6 years: Discount of 50%
- 6-12 years: Discount of 20%
- 12 years or older: Discount of 10%
Prices are considered per person in a double-bed room with wellness & breakfast.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of € 2,50 per person/per day will be applied. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this fee

Alternatively, the deposit can be paid by credit card. The credit card details are used only to charge the deposit and are not stored or disclosed for any other purposes.
Cancellation policy
A reduction of stay or early departure will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Cancellation must be notified by e-mail or fax.
In case of cancellation the deposit (30% of the total cost of the reservation) will be retained.
